Why Reupholster?
One of our clients brought this chair to us and said.
"This chair belonged to my mom. I used to sit in it
with her when I was a child.I have been dragging it
around with me for years. Would you fix it?"
The frame and decorative wood arms were in
relatively good shape,only needing tightening and a
touch up. For the front legs we found reproduction
legs and installed them. The seat was totally re-
sprung and given an eight way tie. The chair was
recovered in the clients choice of fabric and
delivered to her home. Now she is enjoying this
chair, with her daughter.

Road Side Treasure
My sofa frame has withstood the test of time,and
kids, but not so for the fabric. The exposed wood is
in good shape and I can't find another sofa quite
like it. It really fits with the rest of the room and I
want to keep the style.
Exposed decorative frames, on some furniture, can
be an indication of value. Furniture with exposed
frames are almost always worth repairing and
recovering.
Value
No one needs to know where you shop for your
furniture.
Flea markets are also a good place to find bargains
on  furniture.
